D 79 Power supply vibrations

Hello all..
My D 79 has a small but constant problem: The vibration of the center trafo. It is wrapped in a thick "cartoon" and i can only silence the vibration bupressing down in various spots. It is annoying and Id like to correct it...
Anyone with advice/ideas?
