Does any know how to get kenwood amplifer off standby

If pressing the power button does not do it, then you may need a remote control to get it out of standby.
The other option is that it is not really in standby mode, but instead in protection mode. This would happen because of an electrical failure inside the unit, and would require a technician to fix.
