Can anyone tell me how these sound. Am running a hitachi sr 904.

Typically Klipsch speakers are a bit bright sounding because of the horn. Their reproduction of low-level details is usually very good and their sensitivity very high.
So, they can be driven with very modest output, and seem to be a good match for tube or tube-like gear.
