Thanks for educating me on forum protocol. I've had no luck in years finding a match to my Krell Lat-1000's, which I will describe here now so as not to irk you further. They reproduce sound wonderfully for those who like live feel, instead of absolute clinical reproduction of sound. They have tremendous bass but require an amplifier with muscle, as the ohm load is generally around 3.5 but peaks at 42 ohms at two places on the frequency curve, I suspect near the crossover points. If you have an opportunity to audition a properly set up KRELL LAT system, I would encourage you to do so. They speakers are incredibly well built. Best regards from a new forum user who didn't know better than to see any one could assist him in a decades long search to find three pairs of KRELL LAT2000's.
