it lights up but no power to the belt servo? have tested the servo with a ac dc universal converter and works ? but main power supply dosnt?

There may be a lose connection somewhere. If you can determine this to not be the case, are there any electrolytic capacitors in the servo power supply? If so, I would probably change those, and the hope that their failure, if any, did not cascade in a catastrofic manner to the following components.
