Hi,
I have a pair of Snell E loudspeakers. The foam surround has perished.
How difficult/easy is it to replace them?

It is certainly doable, even for first-timers. There are some points of note that you should research beforehand: How to best remove the old foam without damaging the cones. What surrounds to use. What glue to use. How to ensure that the cones and voice coils are centeret once the new surrounds have been fitted.
