How to put a value on this monster receiver from 1972 ?

There are two way about this:

Either you come up with a value based on sentimental value, i.e., how much are you willing to pay or how little does it take to make you part with it.

Or you investigate the present and past offers, and base your price on those. Hifishark.com should be of help, as we have pricing information from many years of sales stored under the expired/sold listings tab. After doing that myself, I think it is worth 300-400€ depending on condition.

This machine is not rare in any way. Based on prices from competitors on the same mid level, the realistic price is somewhere between €100 - €150. €300 - €400 is ridiculous.
