I have a pair of SB - 2820's that are blown.
Question : Do anybody know where I could get the specifications of that model to guide me in finding replacement speakers? I tried searching with no luck so far.

Blown - how? The model seems to be very rare, so you may have to try and repair them. Sometimes drivers will stop working because of corroded wires and that kind of failure can often be fixed.
