Wadax Atlantis Transport

Universal optical disc transport capable of reading CD, SACD (with native DSD output), DVD-Audio, and Blu-ray Pure Audio discs. Built around the proprietary THOR 1.3 optical mechanism, milled from a specific metal alloy formulation using Finite Element Analysis for optimised mechanical damping and isolation. Houses 10 custom Wadax circuit boards, five motors, and two large custom transformers in a power supply topology derived from the Atlantis DAC. Outputs: S/PDIF RCA, AES/EBU XLR, and native Wadax Link for synchronous connection to Atlantis DAC. Features an on-screen vibration monitor, real-time PSU monitoring, motorised loading mechanism, and optional SACD rip function for research use. Modular design with remote firmware updates via cloud. Predecessor to the Atlantis Reference Transport.
